Privacy Notice
This notice is intended to inform you of the way in which Frontline Lending Corporation handles the personal information that we would collect about you and which might then be disclosed as described below. Our clients may limit our disclosing of this personal information if they so desire.
Our Policies and Practices to Protect Your Personal Information
We protect personal information we collect about you by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed applicable law. Third parties who may have access to personal information about you must agree to follow appropriate standards of security and confidentiality. We train the people who work for us how to properly handle personal information and to restrict access to it.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect and May Disclose
The personal information we collect about our clients comes from the following sources:
Information we receive from their applications or other forms, such as their name, address and telephone number.
Information about their transactions with us or non-affiliated third parties, such as account balance, payment history, and account activity.
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency such as credit bureau reports and other information relating to a client?s credit worthiness.
Information we receive about a client from other sources such as their employer and other third parties.
Categories of Parties to Whom We May Disclose a Client's Personal Information
1. Persons or Entities that Must Receive Such Information in Order for Frontline Lending Corporation to Perform Services for a Client.
2. Frontline Lending Corporation will be required to disclose a client?s personal information to other parties, primarily lenders, in order to perform its mortgage services for them. In making an application to Frontline Lending Corporation for a new loan, a client is authorizing the company to obtain a consumer credit report and related information and to utilize this and other personal information it obtains from the client for the specific purpose of obtaining the new loan that the client is requesting.
Frontline Lending Corporation Affiliates
At the present time, Frontline Lending Corporation does not have any affiliated or related companies. However, it may develop such relationships in the future with companies that may be able to provide additional services or facilities to its clients. In such event, Frontline Lending Corporation may disclose some of the personal information it has obtained about its clients to an affiliated company, such as the client?s name, address and telephone number. All such companies would be subject to the privacy and confidentiality procedures followed by Frontline Lending Corporation.

3. Non-Affiliated Third Parties to Whom We May Disclose Personal Information.
Non-affiliated third parties are those not part of Frontline Lending Corporation and not affiliated or related to it directly or indirectly.
Frontline Lending Corporation may disclose personal information about its clients, in most cases only their name, address and telephone number, to the following types of non-affiliated third parties:
a. Financial service providers, such as companies engaged in banking, credit cards, consumer finance, securities and insurance.
b. Non-financial companies such as companies engaged in direct marketing and the selling of consumer products and services which Frontline Lending Corporation believes may be of interest to its clients.
A Client's Privacy Choices
This section describes the privacy choices that a person has when they become a client of Frontline Lending Corporation. Please remember that we will continue to protect a client?s personal information regardless of their privacy choices.
If a client wishes to limit the disclosure of their personal information, they must indicate their privacy choices on a form provided by Frontline Lending Corporation when it discloses its privacy policy to a new client.
A client has two choices that they may make to limit disclosure of their personal information as set forth on that form. They may limit personal information disclosed by Frontline Lending Corporation to its affiliated companies by checking box number 1. They may limit personal information disclosed by Frontline Lending Corporation to unrelated third parties by checking box number 2.
Please note that if the client checks both boxes and returns the privacy choices form to us then Frontline Lending Corporation will only utilize their private information for purposes of performing its mortgage brokerage services on their behalf.
A client must allow approximately thirty-five (35) days from our receipt of their privacy choices in order to put them into effect. The client?s privacy instructions and any previous privacy instructions that they may have given us will remain in effect until the client requests a change.
Privacy Choices
A client of Frontline Lending Corporation may make the following designations and inform Frontline Lending Corporation by a return mail to limit the disclosure of personal information about that client as described below.
To not disclose personal information about the client to affiliated third parties.
To not disclose personal information about the client to non-affiliated third parties.
